Terms and Conditions for Elegance Retouched
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the booking of our services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
Bookings can be made via email or the website.
A deposit, known as a booking fee, is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
The balance must be paid by 48 hours before the service is provided.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will incur no charges.
Cancellations made less than 48 hrs before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Changes to Appointments
We endeavour to avoid any changes to confirmed bookings. However, in exceptional cases, we may need to make changes. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled time.
5. Consent to Treatments
Before any treatment, you must complete a consultation with a medical professional and are required to complete a medical history form and provide accurate information about your health.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes to your health that may affect your treatment.
By consenting to a treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that we will not be held liable for the outcomes.
We commit to supporting and addressing any concerns arising from the service provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
Clients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions provided by Elegance Retouched practitioner for proper aftercare and to achieve the best results.
Routine review appointments may be offered after treatment as a courtesy. Excluding excessive sweating treatment, a single purified botulinum toxin injection top up will be offered after 2-3 weeks from initial treatment at no cost. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of this benefit and no further complimentary top up will be offered.
7. Service Provider Responsibilities
We commit to providing services to the best of our ability and maintaining a safe environment for our clients; however, individual results may vary.
Elegance Retouched is not liable for any adverse effects caused by failure to disclose medical information or follow aftercare instructions.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We adhere to data protection laws in handling personal information. Your information will be used only for providing and improving our services.
All consultations and treatment details are kept confidential, unless required by law or with your consent.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information to Elegance Retouched. Elegance Retouched cannot be held accountable for false or misleading information provided by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
In no event shall Elegance Retouched, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.
10. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Elegance Retouched from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
